Nice board, slow shipping

Can I return a chess set if I don't like it? Like if the wood grain isn't what I expected?

They have a return policy, but check the details. I returned a clock once, it was pretty straightforward, but a chess set might have specific rules if it's opened. Afaik, you usually have to pay return shipping.

These are basically House of Staunton products, just branded for Chess.com. So quality-wise, they're top-tier, probably better than ChessBazaar for the higher end stuff. More comparable to The Chess Store's premium offerings.

Mine took about a week to get to California, so NYC might be similar. They ship from House of Staunton I think.
